What is MyStdy?
MyStdy helps you study with your friends. Run a focused study session, arm Focus Lock to pause distracting apps, and share your real study hours with friends on The Wall, in Squads, and on the weekly Leaderboard.
How does Focus Lock work?
Focus Lock uses Apple's Screen Time controls to pause the distracting apps you choose for the duration of a study session. Your app selection stays private to your device — MyStdy never sees which apps you blocked, only that you stayed locked in. The time you log is time you actually earned: your verified locked-in time.
How do I add friends?
Open the Leaderboard or the Friends tab and tap Add friend, or search for a friend by their handle. Once you're connected, you can see each other's sessions and cheer each other on.
What is a Squad?
A Squad is a small accountability circle of 2–8 friends who keep each other studying. Create one and share the invite code, or join a friend's Squad with theirs.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Data & Export inside the app. Deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
